Description from retailer’s website:

“A brand new, unique design of electro acoustic. I set out with the intention of making a acoustic guitar but in the form factor of an electric guitar. Essentially it had to sound great as an acoustic, play like an electric and have electrics that make it sound even better when plugged in.

The body of this guitar is a laminated monocoque, its simple external lines hide a complex bracing and chambering designed from first principals to deliver a fantastically warm acoustic sound.

Pictured is an earlier version with only an internal contact mic. The current design includes a neck humbucker pickup and telecaster style controls also.

The neck humbucker provides a typically warm sound and is isolated from the acoustic affects while the Schaller Oyster contact mic reproduces the acoustic faithfully. With the 3 way selector centred you can blend the two.

The guitar featured in these photographs is the proof of concept prototype and is not for sale.

We are offering a strictly limited edition of 6 hand built guitars in the first batch of what will become a production item, the final specification of these guitars will be released in early April 2021.

You can reserve your one of the six guitars by making your purchase now, we will be in touch to finalise the details of your guitar within a week of receiving your order.
